Trustfall follows solo skydiver Jordan Hatmaker, whose life changed forever when her parachute failed to deploy during a jump from 13,000 feet. Studio Notes
Composing the music for "Trustfall," a short film about skydiving, was a thrilling and emotionally charged experience. I sought to mirror the exhilaration and profound trust inherent in the act of freefalling through a dynamic blend of soaring strings and pulsating rhythms. The composition needed to capture the heart-pounding anticipation of leaping into the unknown, as well as the serene, almost meditative moments of weightlessness.
