Notes
The unbelievable true story of how trust elevates everything.
Trustfall follows solo skydiver Jordan Hatmaker, whose life changed forever when her parachute failed to deploy during a jump from 13,000 feet. Miraculously surviving the fall, Jordan was forced to confront profound physical trauma, emotional recovery, and the complete collapse of the safety net she once relied upon.
Her extraordinary journey becomes a powerful metaphor for shattered trust and the difficult process of rebuilding it. Through resilience, determination, and personal transformation, Jordan's recovery offers a blueprint for how trust can emerge stronger after catastrophe.
Studio Notes
Composing the music for "Trustfall," a short film about skydiving, was a thrilling and emotionally charged experience. I sought to mirror the exhilaration and profound trust inherent in the act of freefalling through a dynamic blend of soaring strings and pulsating rhythms. The composition needed to capture the heart-pounding anticipation of leaping into the unknown, as well as the serene, almost meditative moments of weightlessness.
